At our electronic factory, we mark QR codes before the PCB assembly process, and the following information can be read from these QR codes: - Assembly date - Inspection date - LOT of surface-mounted components - Images captured during visual inspection [Applications] 1. When confirming initial defects in electronic components after assembly, we can identify the relevant LOT at the component level. 2. If there is a need to verify the assembly status later, scanning the QR code with our dedicated machine allows us to check the images taken during inspection. When initial defects in electronic components are discovered, we quickly confirm any impact on the same LOT or other models. We manage traceability, such as assembly and inspection dates, through QR codes to support the quality of our customers' products.
